Terms of Service

By accessing Bidzo (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Bidzo aggregates publicly available SARFAESI auction notices and reformats them for ease of discovery. We are not an auctioneer, a bank, or a legal advisor. The information shown is best-effort and should always be cross-verified against the originating bank’s official notice before placing a bid or paying EMD.

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Premium and Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are governed by our refund policy emailed at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Bidzo does not store card details. Document purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidzo, its affiliates and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost bids, cancelled auctions or property defects.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For questions, email hello@bidzo.co.
