Terms of use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website bidzo.co and any related products, features and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Bidzo Private Limited ("Bidzo", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What Bidzo is (and isn't)

Bidzo aggregates publicly available bank auction notices (including SARFAESI Act, 2002 notices) and presents them in a searchable format. We are an information platform. We do not own, sell, auction or broker any property. All transactions happen directly between you and the concerned bank or authorised officer as per the terms of the relevant auction notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, resident in India (or otherwise permitted under applicable law to participate in Indian property auctions), and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Platform.

3. Accuracy of listings

We take reasonable care to reproduce auction notices accurately. However, all listing details — reserve price, EMD, auction date, property description, encumbrances — are indicative and sourced from public notices. You must independently verify every material fact from the original notice and the bank's authorised officer before making any bid or payment.

4. Documents and paid downloads

Certain documents on Bidzo (including original SARFAESI notices) are available for a nominal fee of ₹10 (or such other amount as displayed). Payment authorises us to email you a personal, non-transferable download link. The document itself remains the property of the issuing bank / authority; you may use it for your personal due diligence only.

5. User conduct

You agree not to (a) misuse the Platform, (b) scrape or bulk-download listings, (c) impersonate another person, (d) submit false information, or (e) use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or violates any third-party rights.

6. Payments and refunds

Fees paid on Bidzo (document unlocks, subscription plans) are non-refundable once the digital asset has been delivered or the subscription period has begun, except where required by law. If you were charged in error, write to us at info@bidzo.co within 7 days.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, code, editorial content, Bidzo Score algorithm and trademarks are the exclusive property of Bidzo Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any loss arising out of participation in a bank auction. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed ₹1,000 or the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is higher.

9. Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties (payment processors, email providers, AI providers, hosting) to operate the Platform. Their terms govern the parts of the service they provide. We do not endorse any bank, property or auction listed.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent conduct or if required by law. On termination, your rights to use the Platform will cease immediately.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
